Educational Awards

The Leathersellers' Company awards University Grants (Exhibitions) of up to £4,000 a year, to study for a full-time Degree at any UK University.

We are now open for applications for the academic year 2016/2017. The closing deadline for submitting your application is midnight Thursday 30th June 2016.

Before applying, find out if you are eligible by reading our criteria and guidelines below for help and hints.

Application is via our on-line form only – quick and easy to use. You will find the link to the form at the end of this page.

Once you have submitted your application you will receive a confirmation email and a copy of your completed form (as an html doc).

In due course you will hear about the outcome of your application, whether you have been shortlisted for an interview or not. So, unless your email address changes, there is no need for you to do anything else.

References for this round will be taken up in August/September, so please notify your referees accordingly, as applications without references may suffer.

Interviews will take place at Leathersellers' Hall, 7 St Helen's Place, Bishopsgate in London early October, so please ensure you can be available.
